Acceptable Use & Restrictions

• Use this service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Do not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service, or breach security or authentication measures.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the service unless permitted by applicable law.
• Do not use the service to upload, process, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to use.
• Do not use automated systems or software to extract data (scraping) or overload the service (e.g., denial-of-service).
• Do not bypass or circumvent any technical or usage limits of the service.
• Do not resell, sublicense, or provide the service to third parties as a managed or hosted offering without prior written consent.

No Medical Advice or Diagnostic Use

This tool is intended for research and educational purposes only. It is not designed or approved for clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic use. Do not use the outputs to make medical decisions. Always consult qualified professionals for clinical interpretation.

Your Data & Privacy

You retain all rights to the files you upload. Your uploads are read in memory and are not themselves stored, but the results workbook the service generates from them is archived, and that workbook carries a verbatim copy of the Detailed sheet you supplied. Archived workbooks are kept indefinitely: they are the record of what was analysed, there is no expiry, and nothing is deleted automatically. Treat anything you upload as retained.

Minimal metadata (such as IP address, country/region derived from IP, browser/user agent, and basic device information) may be logged to operate, secure, and improve the service and to troubleshoot issues. Generated workbooks do not carry that metadata unless the operator has deliberately enabled it. Do not upload sensitive personal data or protected health information (PHI).

Intellectual Property

All service content, features, and functionality (excluding your content) are owned by the maintainers and/or licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any rights other than the limited rights necessary for your permitted use of the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the maintainers or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
